Terrible communication, didn't reply to emails/phone calls and when we did get hold of them were told as it's a 'free' service we wouldn't be getting any updates. 6 months down the line no progress and then they gave some thinly veiled excuse as to why they wouldn't be proceeding with our RTM. Beyond poor.

This is arguably the worst service I have ever received from a professional services firm. Allegedly they are mid way through the process, so I have to see it through with them.
